About us · Jonesboro, AR
The Kings of comfort in Northeast Arkansas
Comfort Kings is a local ductless mini-split dealer and HVAC team based right here in Jonesboro. For more than 20 years we've helped Northeast Arkansas heat and cool the spaces central systems never quite reach — putting 3,000+ systems into local homes, garages, shops, and businesses along the way.
Our story
Local roots, a ductless focus
We're a Jonesboro business through and through. Our shop sits at 2431 W Washington Ave, and it's a real storefront — a door you can walk through, a counter you can lean on, and people who will talk you through your options in plain English. No call centers, no out-of-state dispatch. When you call, you're talking to the same folks you'd meet at the counter.
What makes us different is simple: we specialize in ductless mini-splits, and we sell them the way we'd want to buy them. Most HVAC companies only offer equipment bundled into a full-price installation. We do it both ways — complete heat-and-cool systems at DIY-friendly prices starting at $499 for customers who'd rather install themselves, and professional installation by our own team for those who'd rather not. About 90% of our customers choose the DIY route, and we set every one of them up with sizing advice before they buy.
And we stick around after the sale. Repairs, heating service, deep cleaning, or just a question about a remote setting — the same local team that sold you the system is a phone call away. That's how you get to 3,000+ happy clients in a place where word of mouth travels fast.
